Some of the perks you’ll enjoy: - Bi-annual performance appraisals - A culture that rewards initiative, curiosity, and impact If you're looking for a place where you can make a real difference while working with smart, driven, and genuinely nice people, welcome to Leegality. **Location: GGN/MUM/BGL/Chennai (On-Site)** **Responsibilities:** - Act as a techno-functional consultant and provide recommendations on process to Leegality's Enterprise clients for Consentin - Both On-premise deployments or SaaS - Configure and manage client’s use of Leegality Consentin; Assist and Train clients to do it on their own. - Troubleshoot implementation issues and drive client go-live with the least Time to Value. - Gather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys. - Identify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate. ### **Requirements** - 1-3 years of experience in Tech products/ SaaS /Cloud products in any role. - Previous experience in Pre-Sales or Technical implementation would be strongly preferred - Understanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must : Good to have development experience in ReST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure - Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and deployment workflows would be strongly preferred. - Understanding of infrastructure components such as databases, queues, API gateways, firewalls, etc., would be strongly preferred. - Experience in on-prem deployments would be strongly preferred - Understanding of BFSI would be preferred. - Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is preferable - Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments **Recruitment Process:** - Our hiring process combines AI-powered evaluations with structured interviews to ensure a fair and seamless experience. - You will be contacted via email with the next steps upon being shortlisted. - The process may include Assessments, AI-enabled interviews, and In-Person Interviews with our team. - Final selection and CTC will be based on your overall performance and experience.
