Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 38017 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI Title: D365 CRM Func Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps Description: Area(s) of responsibility A D365 CRM Senior Technical Lead with deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration, customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service/Field Service and Marketing) and integration. Key skills required: • Minimum 10+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience is must. • Must have done worked on large transformation programs in onshore offshore delivery model • Must have worked on client facing engagements • Must have done at least one end to end implementation with integration • Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Visual Studio, C# and IIS-Dynamics CRM) • Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment • Knowledge of ERP System like Oracle JDE, Omega, OCPQ would be added advantage • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience Client responsibilities: • Responsible for collaboration with client teams to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions. • Execute & participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations • Deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM • Deep knowledge of configuring and customizing CRM application • Develop CRM Application using .NET Plugins extensions • Ensuring that design is in line with the business requirements • Leading effective communication, delivery with end stakeholders & clients People responsibilities: • Building a quality culture • Foster teamwork and lead by example • Training and mentoring of project resources • Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives Preferred skills: • CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins/Workflows/Power Platform etc) • D365 CRM Certified
