Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders. • Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. • Configure modules related to finance, supply chain, and operations. • Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities. • Collaborate with technical teams to manage integrations and customizations as required. • Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. Skills and Tools Required: • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. • Proficient in finance and supply chain management modules. • Solid experience in business process mapping and requirement gathering. • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and version control systems. • Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools for data analysis. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.
