**Job Description** Exp: 1 to 2yrs We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to develop, and implement customized solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM platform. Required Skills Overall 1+ years development experience in D365 CRM on either Sales or Customer Insights modules Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules Build plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript web resources to meet business requirements Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps (Model-driven) Configure security roles, teams, and business units based on organizational needs Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript web resources, and business rules Build and maintain Power Automate flows and Model Driven apps. Perform data migration, integration (via Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Web APIs, REST/SOAP services), and third-party system integrations Write and optimize C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL code for CRM customizations Collaborate with team leads to deliver the tasks Deploy solutions across environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod) using Solution packaging and Azure DevOps/CI-CD pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve performance, security, and integration issues Experience with Azure services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure DevOps Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, Web API, and third-party integrations Strong communication and problem solving skills Good to Have skills D365 certifications are preferred Interested people do share the resume to Jakkakamakshi@happiestminds.com **Note:** Only candidates who can attend at least one Technical round of the interview face-to-face (F2F) should apply.
