Job Title: Data Program Manager Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad Job Summary As a Data Program Manager, you will lead and oversee data-driven projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Your expertise will enhance data management, analytics, and governance practices across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data initiatives, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Project Management: • Lead end-to-end management of data projects, from initiation to closure. • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Manage resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Data Strategy Development: • Collaborate with senior leadership to define data strategies that support business objectives. • Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Work closely with IT, data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure seamless data integration and utilization. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and align on project goals. -Data Governance and Quality Assurance: • Establish and monitor data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations. • Implement best practices for data management, quality assurance, and data lifecycle management. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and data utilization. • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes. Team Leadership: • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, ETL processes, data visualization tools). • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Soft Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
