About Position: We are seeking an experienced Data & Solution Architect to drive enterprise data architecture, governance, and technology transformation initiatives. The role involves defining end-to-end solution architectures, enabling data-driven business strategies, establishing governance frameworks, designing cloud-based solutions, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative data platforms. • Role: Data Solution Architect • Location: Pune • Experience: 12 to 15 Years • Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: • As a Data Solution Architect, you will lead enterprise data architecture and governance initiatives while defining scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. • Define and lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise applications and data platforms. • Design scalable, secure, and business-aligned architecture solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. • Drive enterprise data architecture and governance initiatives. • Support Barclays Data Portal (BDP) setup for Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and enterprise data governance requirements. • Define and implement data lineage, metadata management, and data traceability frameworks. • Establish data governance standards, controls, policies, and quality management processes. • Partner with business leaders to define and prioritise data use cases, business data products, and analytics initiatives. • Enable business strategy through effective use of data, analytics, and emerging technologies. • Drive data quality improvements and ensure adherence to enterprise data policies and standards. • Design and govern cloud-based architecture solutions and modernisation initiatives. • Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance on complex integration challenges. • Evaluate and recommend innovative technology solutions and architecture patterns. • Collaborate with application, infrastructure, enterprise, and business architects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. • Design complex systems integrations and resolve implementation and architectural challenges. • Support digital transformation, customer experience, and modernisation programs. • Conduct solution design walkthroughs and architecture presentations for executive and technical stakeholders. • Drive data and analytics roadmap execution and challenge end-to-end architecture decisions to ensure optimal outcomes. • Mentor teams and advocate architecture best practices, standards, and governance processes. Expertise You'll Bring: • We are looking for a strong architecture professional with extensive experience in enterprise solution design, data architecture, data governance, cloud platforms, and technology transformation. • Strong experience as a Solution Architect delivering complex end-to-end enterprise solutions. • Extensive experience in Data Architecture and Data Governance frameworks. • Experience with Barclays Data Portal (BDP), Critical Data Elements (CDEs), and data lineage implementation. • Strong understanding of enterprise data management, metadata management, and data governance practices. • Experience designing and implementing data quality controls, standards, and governance processes. • Expertise in cloud architecture and designing cloud-native solutions. • Strong experience with complex systems integration and enterprise application architecture. • Deep understanding of architectural design principles, frameworks, and best practices. • Experience working across application, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture domains. • Strong understanding of full-stack application development and modern technology architectures. • Knowledge of frontend development frameworks and digital application architectures. • Experience enabling business transformation through data, analytics, and technology innovation. • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and business data products. • Experience working with senior business stakeholders and influencing strategic technology decisions. • Ability to define architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards. • Experience prioritising data and analytics initiatives to maximise business value. • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and distributed system architectures. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. •
