About Position: We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, container security, and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure deployment pipelines, managing containerized workloads, and integrating security practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Enterprise references highlight Kubernetes administration, CI/CD automation, container scanning, SAST/DAST integration, and DevSecOps pipeline implementation. • Role: DevSecOps Engineer • Location: Bengaluru & Hyderabad • Experience: 5 to 8 Years • Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: • Design, implement, and maintain secure DevSecOps pipelines for enterprise applications. • Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications on Kubernetes platforms. • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable automated software delivery. • Integrate security controls, vulnerability scanning, and compliance validations into deployment workflows. • Implement and manage SAST, DAST, SCA, and container security scanning solutions. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices. • Manage Docker containers, container registries, image lifecycle management, and deployment strategies. • Monitor application health, infrastructure performance, availability, and security posture. • Troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, production deployments, container networking, and platform-related issues. • Collaborate with development teams to implement security best practices early in the software development lifecycle. • Support cloud infrastructure management on AWS and Azure environments. • Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions for cloud-native applications. • Maintain deployment documentation, operational procedures, security policies, and governance standards. • Participate in architecture reviews and identify opportunities for automation and security improvements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across DevOps, security, and operational processes. Expertise You Will Bring: • 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering. • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, or OpenShift. • Expertise in Docker containerization and container lifecycle management. • Experience designing and implementing enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure software delivery practices. • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform. • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS and Azure. • Experience integrating security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, and compliance frameworks. • Strong understanding of Kubernetes security, network policies, secrets management, and RBAC. • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or similar solutions. • Knowledge of Linux system administration and scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell. • Experience supporting microservices and cloud-native application architectures. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. • Experience working within Agile and DevOps-driven delivery environments.
