Criteria we are considering for QE: Junior ( <3 Yrs) Hands on Experience in DWH/Data Testing and ETL background Strong SQL scripting Should know the different ways of Creating Test Data in bulk Ability to test tables with massive data with many columns. Knowledge on BI & Reporting Testing. Intermediate (3-6 Yrs.) Very strong in DWH/Data Testing and ETL background Strong SQL scripting Must know the different ways of Creating Test Data in bulk. Ability to test bigger tables with massive data and many columns. Experience on BI & Reporting Testing. Senior (6+ Yrs.) Expertise in DWH/Data Testing and ETL background Strong SQL scripting Must know the different ways of Creating Test Data in bulk. Ability to test bigger tables with massive data and many columns. Test Strategy and Testing Framework creation. Backend Automation Testing Experience with Programming hands on to validate data pipelines. Ability to design frameworks.
