Job description

Job Description: • Experience and exposure to Google cloud Managed SQL (Cloud SQL for Postgresql, MySql, Oracle) and Cloud Native DB (Spanner, Big Table, DataStream, Memory store, Redisetc) • Experience and exposure in installing & configuration, performance tuning & optimization • Hands-on with replication & schema designing, query optimization, data security procedures • Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security • Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps • Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related • Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels • Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders • Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed • Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment Key Responsibilities\\* Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts) Own and resolve technical consults end-to-end Ensure accurate documentation.
