Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Design develop test and deploy ETL solutions using IBM DataStage • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical ETL designs • Develop and maintain DataStage jobs sequences and job routines • Extract transform and load data from various source systems to data warehouses and reporting platforms • Perform data mapping data validation and data quality checks • Optimize ETL job performance and troubleshoot production issues • Work with databases such as Oracle SQL Server Teradata DB2 and PostgreSQL • Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures • Collaborate with business analysts data architects and cross functional teams • Support production releases and provide post deployment support Technical Requirements: • 3 5 years of hands on experience in IBM DataStage Development • Strong knowledge of ETL concepts Data Warehousing and Data Integration • Experience with DataStage Designer Director Administrator and QualityStage • Expertise in developing parallel and server jobs • Strong SQL and database skills • Experience with data modeling concepts and data migration projects • Knowledge of Unix Linux scripting • Understanding of job scheduling tools such as Control M Autosys or Tivoli • Strong debugging analytical and problem solving skills • Preferred Skills • Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP • Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark • Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies • Certification in IBM DataStage is an added advantage Preferred Skills: Technology->ETL & Data Quality->IBM Infosphere Datastage->IBM Infosphere Datastage - Change Data Capture
