The organization emphasizes a culture of continuous improvement, aiming not just for good but for great in its services and customer experience. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Collection Agent based in Koch Bihar. The Debt Collection Agent will contact customers with overdue payments through phone calls, visits, and other approved channels to secure timely collections while maintaining professional and respectful interactions. The role involves negotiating payment plans, explaining account details, and resolving billing or payment disputes in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The agent will update customer records, track collection status, and prepare daily or weekly reports on collection performance. The position also includes coordinating with internal teams such as finance and customer service to validate information, escalate complex cases, and support overall portfolio quality and risk management. **Qualifications** - Proven skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection, with the ability to manage overdue accounts and meet collection targets. - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle sensitive conversations, address queries, and maintain positive customer relationships. - Basic understanding of Finance concepts related to loans, credit, and repayment structures. - Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and use basic computer applications and CRM or collection tools. - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage. - Comfort working in the field and on-site in Koch Bihar, with flexibility to travel locally as required. - High level of integrity, discretion, and adherence to legal and compliance guidelines in all collection activities. - Experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services collections is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated learners.
