With a footprint that spans the length and breadth of India, Bajaj Finserv provides significant opportunities for growth, learning, and advancement for professionals in the financial services sector. **Role Description** The Deputy Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Irinjalakuda. This role involves overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting the achievement of sales and portfolio quality targets. The Deputy Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, manage existing customer relationships, and resolve service issues in a timely manner. Responsibilities also include reporting on performance metrics, supporting process improvements, mentoring team members, and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. **Qualifications** - Strong financial services knowledge, preferably in lending, insurance, or wealth advisory, with the ability to understand NBFC products and processes. - Demonstrated experience in branch or team management, including planning, performance tracking, and people development. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships. - Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using MS Office and basic reporting tools. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications are an advantage. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service. - Familiarity with local market dynamics in Irinjalakuda or surrounding regions will be considered beneficial.
