Job Description Deputy Manager Operations Location: Surat Department: Operations Role: Deputy Manager Operations Key Responsibilities • Execute daily operational plans to achieve SLA, TAT and throughput targets . • Monitor floor productivity, manpower utilization and backlog . • Manage shift planning, roster, attendance and workforce discipline . • Drive process adherence, quality checks and SOP compliance . • Coordinate with FM, LH and LM teams to ensure smooth operations. • Track operational performance and publish shift-wise MIS . • Identify operational risks, issues and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution. • Support RCA, corrective actions and continuous process improvement . • Ensure safety, compliance and 5S standards are maintained on the floor. • Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
