Duties and Responsibilities • The role will require a strong understanding of professionals, industry knowledge market intelligence and underwriting processes at BFL to ensure that only credit worthy firms Individuals are extended loans in line with BFLs risk policies. • The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting loans in their specific locations, which will mostly be pre-qualified / pre-approved by the Risk team, and require quick processing TATs, in the following businesses: Professional Loans. • Monthly disbursements are expected to cross Cr in these businesses by September. Thus each Credit Manager is expected to process Cr of loan applications. • Underwriting of Loans to Professionals within defined time lines. • Drive ownership of internal processes compliance with underwriting policies. • Support Business, Risk Operations in meeting the long term goals of the respective businesses.
