## Deputy Manager ? Safety Security (Loss Prevention) **Department:** Grocery 3P Operations **Experience:** 6+ Years ### Role Summary Lead safety, security, and loss prevention initiatives across Grocery 3P operations to protect people, assets, inventory, and business continuity. Ensure compliance, minimize shrinkage, and drive a strong safety culture across partner-operated sites. ### Key Responsibilities - Drive safety, security, and loss prevention programs across 3P operations. - Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. - Monitor inventory shrinkage and implement preventive controls. - Ensure compliance with statutory, EHS, and security standards. - Manage CCTV, access control, fire safety, and emergency preparedness. - Lead security agency/vendor performance and SLA management. - Analyze loss trends and recommend process improvements. - Partner with Operations, HR, Facilities, and Compliance teams to mitigate risks. - Publish MIS, audit reports, and KPIs for leadership. ### Requirements - Graduate in any discipline; Safety/EHS certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, Fire Safety) preferred. - 6+ years of experience in Safety, Security, or Loss Prevention in Retail, Grocery, E-commerce, Warehousing, or Logistics. - Strong knowledge of EHS compliance, investigations, audits, and vendor management. - Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools. ### Key Skills Loss Prevention | Safety Security | EHS Compliance | Risk Assessment | Incident Investigation | Inventory Shrinkage Control | Vendor Management | Fire Safety | Audit Compliance | Stakeholder Management | MIS Analytics Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
