Find out more about us at www.jubilantingrevia.com **The Position** **Organization : -** Jubilant Ingrevia Limited **Designation and Level: -** Deputy Manager- Technology and Design **Location: -** Greater Noida **Reporting Manager: -** Senior Manager, Technology and Design **Summary** The role is responsible for end-to-end process engineering support, from technology transfer to commissioning of new molecules. Key activities include evaluating industrial-scale feasibility, conducting pilot trials, developing conceptual designs, and ensuring safe, efficient scale-up of processes. The position leads hazard identification, participates in PHA studies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement engineering modifications. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Technology Transfer and Feasibility** - Receive and absorb new process technology from R and D. - Assess feasibility of the process for industrial-scale implementation. **2.** **Process Understanding and Optimization** - Observe lab demonstrations to understand the process and collect data for pilot trials and conceptual design. - Suggest deviation parameters for industrial-scale systems and validate performance in the lab. - Define process performance norms at lab scale. - Generate material and energy balance. **3.** **Pilot Trials and Scale-Up** - Map process steps in the pilot system with the pilot plant operations team. - Monitor pilot plant trials, observe process behaviour, and generate process parameters. - Lead troubleshooting during pilot trials with operations and R and D teams. - Demonstrate process performance at pilot scal
