**Senior Analyst - Databank Support** Mumbai | EMEA Shift (1:30 PM 10:30 PM IST) | 3 to 6 years experience | PG (M.Com./MBA/PGDM) We are looking for a **Senior Analyst** to join our Derivatives Reference Data team in Mumbai. The role focuses on monitoring global exchanges, managing derivatives reference data, and ensuring accuracy in fees, limits, and contract details. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor 80+ global exchanges for circulars and updates on derivatives contracts. - Update and reconcile **derivatives reference databases** with exchange findings. - Assess and apply changes in **limits and fees** based on exchange circulars. - Manage workflows and dashboards using **Jira**. - Create and maintain reports, trackers, SOPs, and process documentation. - Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and support knowledge sharing within the team. - Ensure delivery within tight SLAs and handle high-volume environments. **Requirements** - Postgraduate degree (M.Com./MBA/PGDM). - 36 years of experience in **derivatives reference data management** (exchange-traded). - Strong knowledge of **ETDs, exchange monitoring, limits, and fees**. - Proficiency in **Excel** and experience with **Jira**. - Excellent problem-solving, logical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, and train/mentor team members. - Exposure to **global exchanges and derivative markets**. - Growth opportunities in **reference data management and operations**. - Collaborative culture with continuous learning.
