Your Team In support of Invesco's position as a leading independent global investment management company which provides a comprehensive array of enduring investment solutions for retail, institutional and high net worth clients around the world, this position is responsible for executing marketing communications including high-level print and electronic production multi-media support, while providing expert support in industry-specific programs, file management and work processes in support of the company's marketing/sales initiatives and regulatory requirements. Your Role • Design and produce marketing collateral, brochures, infographics, forms, electronic corporate presentation materials and other digital and print communication materials, under minimal supervision • Ensure all deliverables comply with brand guidelines, meet quality standards and production requirements through thorough self-review to ensure accuracy and consistency • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, assess requirements, and deliver work within established timelines • Take ownership of assigned projects from initiation through completion while meeting agreed timelines and stakeholder expectations • Leverage AI-enabled productivity and design tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and turnaround times while maintaining quality standards. • Follow diligent file management / organizes archives files according to established departmental processes • Become proficient in utilizing web-based job trafficking system (Aprimo) to manage all production tasks The Experience You Bring • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, content production, or creative services supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, branding, print production, video editing and motion graphics creation • Proficiency in Adobe CC tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premier and After Effects • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content development is a plus. • Knowledge in producing/editing HTML5/CSS3 email templates / banners is added advantage • Exposure to Adobe Firefly, Generative AI tools, and AI-powered video editing platforms will be a plus Skills/Other Personal Attributes Required • Ability to work independently and with the team; flexible to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines maintaining quality standards • Ability to review/troubleshoot files and provide effective, thoughtful solutions to issues in a professional and productive manner • Effectively communicate with a variety of individuals at all technical levels across our global network • Team player ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team • Open minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other opinions • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented Academic requirements • An Associate's degree in graphic design, visual communications or related field preferred. Two years of work experience in technical graphic design content production/page layout/file management may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
