Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Device42 Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Device42 platform for infrastructure discovery, Application Dependency Mapping ( ADM ), CMDB synchronization, and IT asset management. Key Responsibilities • Design, Deploy and manage Device42 platform • Integrate Cloud, Virtual & Physical platform for discovery • Implement agentless and agent-based discovery (SNMP, WMI/WinRM, SSH, API) • Collaborate with Servicenow team for integration related tasks • Guide Servicenow team to deduplication, reconciliation of the data • Manage ServiceNow CMDB integration • Maintain asset lifecycle and ITAM processes • Ensure CMDB data quality and governance • Application dependency Mapping for Hybrid environment • Define CMDB maturity KPI and work to achieve the KPIs • Generate reports and dashboards • Define CMDB maturity KPI and work to achieve the KPIs Required Skills • Device42 administration expertise • Discovery protocols: SNMP, WMI\\WinRM, SSH, Cloud API • Application dependency Mapping (ADM ) • ServiceNow CMDB integration • ITAM knowledge • DQL (Device42 Query Language) • Knowledge on Servicenow tables & CMDB process Preferred Qualifications • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Device42 Certification • ITIL Foundation • Servicenow CMDB experience Preferred candidate profile
