You will be responsible for designing scalable and secure systems, leading a team of DevOps engineers, and ensuring our software delivery pipelines are world-class. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership to drive a DevOps-first culture. **Your Responsibilities:** **CI/CD & Automation** - Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. - Automate build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate development cycles. - Embed security, testing, and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines. **Cloud Infrastructure** - Lead deployment and management of cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP. - Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, ARM templates) to automate provisioning. - Ensure cost optimization, compliance, and scalability. - **Containerization & Orchestration** - Oversee Kubernetes clusters and Dockerized applications. - Develop Helm charts, manifests, and ensure high availability of workloads. - Build robust observability solutions (logging, monitoring, alerting). **Leadership & Collaboration** - Mentor DevOps engineers, providing guidance and career development. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to embed DevOps practices. - Champion automation, continuous improvement, and DevOps culture across the org. - **Security & Compliance** - Implement cloud and pipeline security best practices. - Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, SOC2, or HIPAA. - Conduct regular audits and remediations. **Requirement:** - Proficiency in CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), and scripting (Python, Bash). - Strong hands-on experience with IaC and container orchestration. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and work across teams. **Our Benefits & Culture:** At Aster, We Care.
