This role requires a deep understanding of technologies such as Mobility, IoT, web application development with basic understanding of Geospatial technology, Engineering workflows and BIM. The ideal candidate will also drive AI and analytics initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** **Digital Implementation & Delivery** - Lead the deployment of digital applications across departments including Project Management, Safety, Quality, P&M, and Workmen. - Ensure timely implementation of digital solutions across all projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors. - Manage end-to-end project lifecycles—from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. **Technology & Innovation** - Champion Digital solutions (Both Web applications and mobility solution) to streamline daily operations and generate actionable business insights. - Drive IoT-based initiatives for equipment tracking, site monitoring, and predictive maintenance including IVMS systems. - Continuously explore emerging global technologies and assess their suitability for adoption within the organization. **Functional Collaboration** - Partner with site teams and functional leads to identify operational challenges and translate them into effective digital solutions. - Ensure digital tools align with real-world construction practices, enhancing productivity and compliance. - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and feedback forums to foster digital literacy and continuous improvement. **Governance & Reporting** - Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and ROI of digital initiatives. - Develop dashboards and reports to communicate digital progress and impact to leadership. **Qualifications & Skills:** •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or a related field within the construction sector. • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in digital transformation, IT implementation, or construction technology roles. - Proven track record in digital transformation within the construction industry, preferably in Renewable / T&D sector. - Strong understanding of construction site operations including Project Management, Safety, Quality, P&M, and Workmen management functions etc. - Familiarity with BIM, engineering design tools, and robotics is a plus. - Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. **Preferred Software Skills:** - Project Management Tools: Primavera, MS Project or similar tools - Data Analytics & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Advanced), Python - Collaboration & Productivity: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams etc. - AI & Machine Learning (Preferred): Programming languages like Python, R along with knowledge of data science concepts and frameworks **Soft Skills Requirements:** - Analytical & Design Thinking: Ability to assess complex problems, apply user-centric design principles, and develop innovative digital solutions - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with site teams, vendors, and leadership. - Change Management & Adaptability: Lead and support teams through digital transformation while adapting to evolving technologies and organizational needs. - Training & Mentoring: Skilled in conducting workshops and guiding teams through digital transitions. - Customer-Centric Mindset: Focused on delivering user-friendly, impactful solutions that meet operational needs.
