Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** **Presales & Solution Architecture** - Lead presales engagements for CX transformation opportunities, owning the solution narrative from discovery to proposal - Design and articulate end-to-end **Agentic AI solutions** leveraging AWS AI services, Amazon Connect, and broader CCaaS/CX tech stacks - Build and deliver compelling, **hands-on product demonstrations** and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) tailored to client needs - Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technology teams to craft winning proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architecture - Oversee Delivery, Implementation of Amazon Connect client projects, ensuring tech governance - Serve as a **trusted technical advisor** to C-suite and senior client stakeholders on AI-driven CX modernization **Consulting & Business Value** - Lead **consulting engagements** to assess client CX maturity, identify transformation opportunities, and define solution roadmaps - Develop comprehensive **ROI models, business cases, and value frameworks** that quantify the financial and operational impact of proposed solutions - Translate complex technical capabilities into clear **business outcomes** aligned to client KPIs and strategic priorities - Conduct **market analysis** and competitive landscape assessments to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and positioning strategies **Go-to-Market & Product Development** - Drive **product development initiatives** on Amazon Connect and AWS tech stack — including feature enhancements, accelerators, and reusable solution components - Contribute to **market strategy** definition, including target segments, value propositions, pricing models, and partnership strategies - Create and maintain high-quality **sales collaterals** — including solution briefs, case studies, one-pagers, and capability decks - Develop **battle cards** and competitive intelligence assets to equip sales teams against key competitors (Genesys, NICE CXone, Salesforce, Five9, etc.) - Build and maintain a library of **reusable demo environments, PoC assets, and solution accelerators** **Thought Leadership & Enablement** - Prepare and deliver **executive-level PowerPoint presentations** with exceptional clarity, visual storytelling, and business impact — for client pitches, internal reviews, and industry forums - Stay ahead of the curve on **AWS Agentic AI innovations**, Amazon Connect roadmap, and competitive CCaaS landscape - Contribute to thought leadership content — whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and conference presentations - Mentor and guide junior solution architects and presales professionals This role leads end-to-end CX transformation through a blend of presales leadership, solution architecture, and advisory—designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions on AWS and Amazon Connect while shaping proposals, demos, and client engagements. It combines consulting and business value creation by assessing CX maturity, building ROI-driven business cases, translating technical capabilities into measurable outcomes, and analyzing market trends. The position also drives go-to-market strategy and product development, including creating reusable assets, sales collateral, and competitive positioning.
