Business Domain • US Healthcare Insurance & Payer Analytics • Insurance Fraud, Waste & Abuse • Recovery Audit & Utilization Review • Compliance Adherence & Coding Accuracy Payer Management & Code Classification Management Requirements • Define and execute comprehensive strategies for software engineering, aligning with overall business goals and technological advancements. • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality. • Stay well-informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in healthcare IT, leveraging this knowledge for informed decision-making and drive innovation • Collaborate closely with cross-functional & internal stakeholders, including product management, design, BA’s, QA, SME’s and operations, to deliver integrated solutions that exceed customer expectations within the defined budget and project scope. • Foster an inclusive work environment & talent, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement across the team. • Mentor people and create a high performing organization, resolve conflicts to build & sustain teams. • Serve as the primary SPOC for key stakeholders and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in an appropriate manner. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects within the healthcare sector, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines & budgets while ensuring 6Sigma quality. • Coordinate & guide the team to navigate multiple teams & platforms to integrate multiple solutions into the client’s ecosystem, ensuring seamless interoperability and data exchange. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies, to drive successful project execution. • Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations including HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, and understanding of interoperability and data exchange protocols. • Excellent problem-solving & analyzing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the “roll up your sleeves” attitude. Responsibilities: Responsibilities • Responsible for managing the delivery of the technology solution of a business increment and the flow and continual delivery of the program producing it in the shortest cycle time. • Improving the work value stream: removing tactical impediments, improving work process for more effective, consistent, and sustainable execution. • Candidate should orchestrate the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. • Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for technical delivery initiatives in alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. • Demonstrate a relentless obsession with corporate value alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity. • Lead and mentor a team of technical delivery managers and professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and hold the leadership team accountable for achieving agreed-upon deliverables and commitments. • Act as a technical advisor and escalation point for complex technical issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. • Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to develop impactful content to enhance possible client propositions. • Lead interactions with the sales team on RFP’s, to ensure optimal selection, fostering strong client relationships and synthesize the critical feedback to develop a more competitive product. • Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to project delivery, ensuring proactive measures are in place to minimize disruptions and delays. • Monitor & Optimize team performance, resource allocation and utilization across projects while balancing competing priorities and ensuring best use of talent and technology assets. • Build organizational capability within these teams by recruiting and retaining outstanding talent and providing mentoring, training (internal and external), and other opportunities for professional growth and development. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technical delivery processes, methodologies, and tools, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. • Establish and enforce robust quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of technology solutions. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and other healthcare industry standards, across all technical delivery activities. • Manage departmental budgets and financial resources effectively, monitoring expenditures and optimizing cost-effectiveness. • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure alignment and support for technical delivery efforts. Qualifications: Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, Master's degree from top tier colleges with good grades preferred • Understanding of the US Healthcare value chain and key impact drivers [Payer and/or Provider] • Proficiency in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and change management within the software engineering domain. • Displayed capability in converting potential clients
