The Senior Technical Delivery Manager will lead large-scale delivery from offshore directly facing Clients and managing a team of 100+ professionals in an ADM portfolio (Application Development & Maintenance ? Microsoft Tech Stack), for a prestigious account of Happiest Minds. Ideal candidate will be a Tech Savvy, Seasoned manager with 20+ years of experience, having proven track record in similar roles and coming from an Application Development & Support background (Microsoft Tech stack). We are looking for people who can move quick on their feet and have good action bias. **Role Requirements** Client engagement and Relationship Management (Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders, be assertive and prioritize competing needs) Drive AI Adoption among teams and bring cultural change Agile Delivery Management & Governance Technical & Engineering Leadership (Drive Engineering Excellence, bring best practices, thought leadership and innovation) People Leadership (Ability to Inspire, lead by example and build high performing team culture) Financial Acumen (T&M and Fixed Price Engagements) Identify opportunities, Build Proposals, Drive base account growth Executive reporting to Senior Client Stakeholders (Good assertive communication, Story Telling skills) PMP & Agile Certifications preferred Coming from EdTech domain will be an added advantage but not mandatory Agile management experience, Proposal building
