JD - Director ? Life Sciences Industry Group (Domain Expert) Qualifications & Expertise Desired • Minimum of master?s degree in life science or related area, PhD Degree (preferred). • 15-20 years of experience in the Pharma and Biotechnology or Life sciences IT industry. • Experienced having delivered Pharma R&D ? Discovery, Clinical Development or Commercial CRM IT Programs • Deep understanding of Pharma value chain, Market leading core life sciences products. Working knowledge of any products - Veeva, Salesforce, SAP, Argus, Werum Pas X, LabWare LIMS and ELN products will be an advantage. • Worked on GxP processes and with GAMP compliant validated pharma IT systems. Skills • Ability to collaborate and influence highly skilled group of scientists, architects and engineers without direct authority. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lead people from diverse experiences and technology skills. • Excellent customer service skills, enthusiastic attitude, and solid work ethics. • Business and marketing intelligence with respect to new projects, competitors? activities and prospective customers. • Excellent written and oral communication. Hands on with power point and AI productivity tools. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. • Collaborative team player with strong networking capabilities. Nice To Have • Data-driven mindset and ability to leverage data insights for decision-making. • Individual with lab experience in molecular biology, genomics or genetics (R&D setting in a Pharma or Clinical Research Org ecosystem) • Hands on Business Analysis/Consulting experience. Activities Within The Organisation • Sales enablement: Prospecting | targeting clients | account mining | collaborating globally with Delivery and Sales Teams| Pre-sales. • Life Sciences solutions and offerings ownership: Offering collateral across value chain • Thought leadership: Contributing to White Papers, PoV?s, speaker participation and poster presentation at focused life sciences events. • Engagement execution and management: Identify value drivers for existing accounts, present that in QBRs and engage in consulting activities in broadening the customers? businesses towards newer areas. • Team and organization: Building LS specific competencies working closely with the technology practices Pharma
