Hiring Manager to Director Levels** PwC India is expanding its **Finance Transformation practice** , and we’re looking for talented professionals **across levels (Senior Associate / Manager/ Senior Manager / Director)** to join our dynamic teams across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore . ***Ideal Candidates*** - **Experience Range by Level:** - Senior Associate: 4–7 yrs | Manager: 7–10 yrs | Senior Manager: 10–14 yrs | Director: 14–19 yrs - Finance process transformation across **R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A** - Exposure to **domestic clients** and/or **Global Capability Centre (GCC) clients** - Strong client‑facing, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills - Experience with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Experience in design and implementing: - **Operating models** for Finance - **Digital finance initiatives** - **Business process reengineering** - **Product costing, finance insights, and management reporting** ***Technical knowhow (preferrable)*** - Functional understanding or implementation experience in SAP, Oracle or other ERPs across Financials, P2P, O2C, GL, and Costing - Ability to leverage Data & analytics tools such as Power BI, Tablueau, etc. to drive business insights - Experience in Enterprise Performance Management tools such as Workday Adaptive, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream - A working knowledge of Close and Compliance tools like Blackline and Workiva would be an advantage ***Educational Background*** - CA, CMA, CFA, CIMA, ICWA *(preferred)* - MBA / PGDM in **Finance / Accounting / Management** from reputed institutions - Graduates in **Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences** ***What PwC Offers*** - Opportunity to work directly with **CXO-level stakeholders** - Exposure to **advanced ERP implementations** , **digital accelerators, AI and transformation solutions** - A **holistic and accelerated career path** - Cross‑functional, high‑impact consulting experience in a global environment
