The Director Rider Hiring will lead the end-to-end rider acquisition strategy for the company's rapid commerce business. This role owns hiring, onboarding, and supply planning for a large gig workforce across multiple cities, ensuring rider availability aligns with business demand while optimizing acquisition cost, quality, and retention.
