Job description

The Director Rider Hiring will lead the end-to-end rider acquisition strategy for the company's rapid commerce business. This role owns hiring, onboarding, and supply planning for a large gig workforce across multiple cities, ensuring rider availability aligns with business demand while optimizing acquisition cost, quality, and retention. The role requires close collaboration with Operations, HR, Marketing, Product, and Finance to build a scalable rider supply engine. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). • 1015+ years of experience in recruitment, operations, supply planning, or gig workforce management. • 5+ years managing large distributed hiring teams. • Experience hiring thousands of frontline or gig workers annually. • Background in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, mobility, food delivery, or hyperlocal businesses preferred.
