Key Responsibilities (Dermatology Segment) • Achieve district sales targets and drive growth for Dermatology brands. • Lead, coach, and develop FSOs to maximize field productivity and execution. • Ensure smooth product availability through effective coordination with wholesalers. • Execute focused sales promotions and engage highpotential cardiologists, diabetologists, and physicians. • Conduct joint fieldwork, strengthen customer relationships, and gather market insights. • Track competitor activities and recommend strategic actions. • Ensure compliance with promotional guidelines and timely Adverse Event Reporting. • Manage inventory, collections, and outstanding levels efficiently. • Leverage digital tools to improve reporting and field operations. • Oversee team performance, appraisals, retention, and key administrative processes.
