We are looking for a seasoned Drupal Technical Architect/Lead with strong Pantheon hosting expertise to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade Drupal applications. This role requires deep technical knowledge, architectural leadership, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Location: PAN India 1. Drupal Technical Architect: Key Responsibilities • Drupal Architecture : Define and oversee Drupal application architecture, including content modeling, module selection, and integration strategies. • Pantheon Hosting : Configure, optimize, and manage Pantheon environments, leveraging workflows, caching, and CI/CD pipelines. • Performance Optimization : Implement caching strategies, query optimization, and CDN integration to ensure high performance. • Security Standards : Establish and enforce Drupal security practices, including patch management and secure data handling. • Migration & Upgrades : Lead migrations from legacy systems or older Drupal versions to Drupal 9/10/11. • Collaboration : Partner with UX, design, and business teams to align technical solutions with business goals. • Code Review : Set coding standards, conduct reviews, and mentor development teams. Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of Drupal development and architecture experience. • Expertise in Drupal 8/9/10/11 , custom module development, and theming. • Hands-on experience with Pantheon hosting, Composer, Git, and CI/CD . • Strong knowledge of Drupal performance tuning and security best practices . • Experience with content architecture, migrations, and accessibility compliance . • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Acquia or other cloud hosting platforms . • Familiarity with Twig, Views, Panels, Features, Rules, and Drupal APIs . • Knowledge of automated testing tools and DevOps pipelines . • Drupal certification or equivalent experience. Education Qualifications • Bachelors of engineering 2. Drupal Technical Lead: We are seeking a highly skilled Drupal Tech Lead with expertise across both front-end (FE) and back-end (BE) development. This role involves leading technical teams, architecting solutions, and ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Drupal applications. Key Responsibilities • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, set coding standards, and ensure best practices across FE and BE. • Front-End Development: Oversee theming, responsive design, accessibility compliance, and performance optimization using Twig, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. • Back-End Development: Guide custom module development, API integrations, and database optimization. • Architecture & Design: Define technical architecture, content models, and integration strategies for enterprise projects. • Pantheon Hosting: Manage and optimize Pantheon environments, including workflows, caching, and CI/CD pipelines. • Performance & Security: Implement caching strategies, enforce security standards, and ensure compliance with accessibility and data protection requirements. • Collaboration: Partner with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. • Migration & Upgrades: Lead migrations from legacy systems or older Drupal versions to Drupal 9/10/11. Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of Drupal development experience (FE + BE). • Strong expertise in Drupal 8/9/10/11, custom module development, and theming. • Hands-on experience with Pantheon hosting, Composer, Git, and CI/CD. • Proficiency in Twig, JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), CSS3, HTML5. • Deep knowledge of Drupal APIs, Views, Panels, Features, Rules. • Strong understanding of performance tuning, caching, and security best practices. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Acquia or other cloud hosting platforms. • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, automated testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards. • Drupal certification or equivalent experience.
