Job Title - Duck Creek Clarity Architect (Data Insight) Experience - 10 - 18 years Skills - Duck Creek Clarity & Duck Creek Data Insight Locations - Greater Noida, Pune & Hyderabad, Mumbai & Bhubaneswar We at Coforge are hiring a Duck Creek Clarity Architect (Data Insight) with the following skillset: • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Duck Creek Clarity and all reporting-related discussions. • Lead workshops with business, finance, and technical stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. • Translate business and financial requirements into detailed reporting specifications and technical designs. • Validate Duck Creek Reporting (DCR) mappings, financial data flows, and reporting formats. • Demonstrate strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes including Policy, Billing, and Claims. • Work hands-on with Duck Creek DCR, including data elements, transformations, financial extracts, and General Ledger (GL) mappings. • Apply deep knowledge of insurance accounting concepts, including: General Ledger & Sub-Ledger, Trial Balance, Premium, Claims, Commission, and Underwriting (UW) flows, Adjustments, reversals, accruals, and reinsurance. • Configure and manage Clarity metadata, datasets, dashboards, and ETL pipelines. • Guide the development of standard and custom reports and dashboards. • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation with source systems. • Troubleshoot data extraction issues, performance gaps, and mapping inconsistencies. • Provide end-to-end SME oversight for reporting deliverables. • Support development, QA, and UAT teams with functional validation. • Validate GL and Sub-Ledger outputs generated from DCR/Clarity. • Review reporting requirements, mapping documents, validation rules, and test scenarios. Required Skills & Experience • 10 - 18 years of overall experience, including 8+ years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek. • Strong expertise in insurance financial accounting and reporting. • Proven ability to troubleshoot data quality and reconciliation issues. • Working knowledge of SQL and ETL/data models (preferred). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
