Dy Manager/ Manager - Scope 3 (Supply Chain Decarbonization)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **Scope 3 Measurement** - Own inventory across 15 categories (focus: Purchased Goods, Capital Goods, Upstream & Downstream Transport) - Deploy supplier surveys for primary energy/fuel data - Use spend-based & activity-based emission factors (GHG Protocol, India grid) - Establish baseline & support to meet RE targets **Supplier Decarbonization** - Integrate carbon criteria into supplier selection & QCDD reviews - Co-create roadmaps with top 20-30 suppliers - Train suppliers on GHG accounting & renewable energy **OEM Compliance & Reporting** - Meet OEM mandates (MSIL, Tata, Mahindra, VW, Toyota etc.) - Lead Scope 3 sections for BRSR, annual sustainability report - Support third-party assurance **Qualifications & Experience** - Education: B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Environmental) - Experience: 4-8 years in Sustainability in automotive industry - Must have: Hands-on Scope 3 accounting (Purchased Goods) using Excel/LCA tools (SimaProetc.)
