Dynatrace Administrator - Network Monitoring & Cisco DNA Center

Job description

Your Role • Administer and optimize Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments, including OneAgents, ActiveGates, and Extensions. Implement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and integrations to deliver end-to-end observability across applications, infrastructure, and networks. • Configure and manage network monitoring using SNMP and Dynatrace capabilities. Integrate Cisco DNA Center (Cisco Catalyst Center) with Dynatrace to enhance network visibility, performance monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and network teams to ensure reliable monitoring and proactive incident management. Your Profile • 4 to 6 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration and Enterprise Monitoring. • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS and/or Managed environments. • Strong expertise in OneAgents, ActiveGates, Dynatrace Extensions, dashboards, alerting, and integrations. • Experience with Network Monitoring, SNMP, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Cisco DNA Center/Cisco Catalyst Center. • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, VMware, Linux, and Windows environments. • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, REST APIs, and monitoring automation. • Experience with ITSM integrations such as ServiceNow and monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, Elastic, Prometheus, SolarWinds, or ThousandEyes. • Relevant Dynatrace and Cisco certifications are preferred.
