Dynatrace Administrator - Network Monitoring & Cisco DNA Center

## **Your Role** - Administer and optimize Dynatrace SaaS/Managed environments, including OneAgents, ActiveGates, and Extensions. Implement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and integrations to deliver end-to-end observability across applications, infrastructure, and networks. - Configure and manage network monitoring using SNMP and Dynatrace capabilities. Integrate Cisco DNA Center (Cisco Catalyst Center) with Dynatrace to enhance network visibility, performance monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and network teams to ensure reliable monitoring and proactive incident management. ## **Your Profile** - 4 to 6 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration and Enterprise Monitoring. - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS and/or Managed environments. - Strong expertise in OneAgents, ActiveGates, Dynatrace Extensions, dashboards, alerting, and integrations. - Experience with Network Monitoring, SNMP, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Cisco DNA Center/Cisco Catalyst Center. - Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, VMware, Linux, and Windows environments. - Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, REST APIs, and monitoring automation. - Experience with ITSM integrations such as ServiceNow and monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, Elastic, Prometheus, SolarWinds, or ThousandEyes. - Relevant Dynatrace and Cisco certifications are preferred. ## **What You Will Love Working at Capgemini** - Work on enterprise-scale observability and network monitoring platforms. - Enhance your expertise in Dynatrace, Cisco Catalyst Center, cloud monitoring, and automation technologies. - Gain exposure to cutting-edge monitoring solutions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and network domains. - Accelerate your career through opportunities in observability engineering, platform administration, and architecture. - Be part of a collaborative, diverse, and innovation-driven team delivering impactful solutions for global clients.
