Electrical Lab Specialist

Job description

Job Requirements • Set up, operate, and maintain electrical lab equipment, instruments, and test systems • Enforce compliance with electrical safety standards, policies, and best practices • Support electrical testing, experiments, and prototype evaluations – support in setup development • Calibrate and verify the performance of testing instruments and measurement devices • Maintain laboratory inventory, including tools, components, consumables, and spare parts • Ensure the lab is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations and procedures • Assist in developing and updating lab procedures, work instructions, and documentation • Support preventive maintenance schedules for lab equipment • Coordinate equipment repairs and vendor servicing when needed Work Experience • Safety awareness and compliance • Electrical testing and measurement • Equipment setup and calibration • Technical documentation • Time management and organization • Communication and teamwork
