Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their financial needs. • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base. • Develop strong relationships with existing clients by offering exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and providing tailored products such as term deposits, CASA accounts, etc. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Job Requirements : • 2-7 years of experience in HNI client handling or similar role in retail banking. • Strong understanding of various types of banking products including term deposits, current accounts savings accounts (CASA), etc. . • Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with both individual and corporate clients.
