Job Purpose: To execute and support the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle (ELC) processes for airline employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across HR functions. The role focuses on maintaining employee data integrity in SAP SuccessFactors, supporting process governance, and collaborating with HR COEs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Partners to deliver an efficient and professional employee experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Life Cycle Operations: • Execute day-to-day ELC transactions including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separations. • Maintain and update accurate employee information in SAP SuccessFactors in line with organizational policies. • Ensure timely completion of transactions and adherence to defined service level timelines. • Support audits and verification of employee data and documentation. 2. Coordination with HR Functions: • Partner with Talent Acquisition for smooth transition of new hires from offer to onboarding. • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and COEs (Compensation & Benefits, L&D, Talent Management) for lifecycle data updates such as promotions, role changes, and compensation revisions. • Liaise with Payroll for salary input validations, final settlements, and other ELC-related actions. • Work with Compliance and Admin teams to ensure checklist adherence during employee movements or exits. 3. Exit & Offboarding Support: • Facilitate offboarding processes including clearance coordination, documentation, and full & final settlements. • Ensure employee records and separation workflows are accurately updated in SuccessFactors. • Respond to employee and stakeholder queries related to exit formalities in a timely and professional manner. 4. Data Management & HR Systems (SAP SuccessFactors): • Maintain data accuracy and process updates in SAP SuccessFactors for employee lifecycle events. • Support testing and validation activities for system enhancements or change requests. • Assist in preparing lifecycle reports, dashboards, and audit trackers for review by the HRSS team. 5. Process Improvement & Governance: • Support documentation and periodic review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Identify recurring process issues and suggest practical solutions for improvement. • Participate in HRSS automation and digitization initiatives. • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams for compliance validation and reporting. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services, preferably in the airline or service industry. • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central module preferred). • Familiarity with payroll coordination, compliance requirements, and HR governance processes. • Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
