Engineer Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities • Own the overall customer relationship from an operations and manufacturing perspective. • Lead product transfer activities (Factory Transfer / Site Transfer) and production localization. • Develop, monitor, and drive project timelines, milestones, and on-time execution. • Manage customer demand, forecasting, and production ramp-up plans. • Plan manufacturing capacity, resources, and factory readiness to meet business requirements. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service. • Ensure material availability and supply chain readiness to support production schedules. • Drive manufacturing readiness, infrastructure readiness, and operational launch activities. • Manage customer delivery commitments and ensure on-time shipment performance. • Plan and coordinate CAPEX requirements, approvals, and manufacturing investments. • Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization. • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure business continuity. • Implement NPI security requirements and maintain customer IP confidentiality. • Ensure controlled access, confidential build management, and compliance with customer security policies. • Lead cross-functional communication, governance reviews, and compliance with customer and internal operational requirements.
