**Roles & responsibilities:** - Manage US Healthcare **Hospital Billing** Accounts Receivable processes. - Collaborate closely with the Team Leader to ensure smooth workflow. - Ensure all client deliverables meet established quality standards. - Handle denials, rejections, LOAs, and perform necessary corrections on claims. - Contact insurance carriers as required and document actions in the claim billing summary notes. - Review incoming emails regularly for updates and required actions. - Identify issues and escalate them promptly to the immediate supervisor. - Update production logs accurately and on time. - Maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures. **Experience:** - Minimum of 1+ year experience in **US Medical Billing (not applicable for freshers)** - Strong understanding of healthcare concepts. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Solid expertise in **Denial Management** and **Hospital Billing (UB04)**. - Spot offers will be provided for selected candidates - Ability to interact confidently with insurance companies. - Consistently meet client productivity targets within deadlines. - Ensure accurate, timely follow-up on pending claims. **Perks and benefits:** - 5 days working - Free twoway cab facility - Health insurance coverage - Medical insurance benefits - Quarterly performance appraisal **Interested candidates can share their updated resume to HR Keziya WhatsApp: 8712312855** **Mail ID: Keziya.Prasadbabu@omegahms.com** **Call@ 8712312855 to confirm your interview or to know more about us**
