Execution Engineer (Lifting experience mandatory)

Job description

**Position -** Sr. Engineer **Posting -** Meghalaya Site **Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering **Experience:** 7+ Years in heavy industrial projects **Role Summary:** Responsible for execution and supervision of all mechanical erection activities at site including heavy equipment installation, structural assembly, fabrication, heavy lifting, alignment, and commissioning support, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise erection of heavy machinery such as **crushers, mills, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, tanks, and structural assemblies**. - Plan and execute **heavy lifting** activities; prepare lifting plans and ensure safe rigging practices. - Ensure proper alignment, leveling, grouting, and installation as per drawings and OEM standards. - Coordinate with civil, electrical & instrumentation teams for smooth execution. - Support pre-commissioning, trial runs, and punch point clearance. - Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and site safety standards. - Monitor manpower productivity and report site progress. **Key Skills:** - Strong knowledge of heavy equipment erection and fabrication. - Experience in lifting supervision and alignment techniques. - Ability to manage contractors and site workforce. - Good understanding of industrial safety practices.
