Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - AR to join our team in Trichy I. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a background in medical billing or accounts receivable. Roles and Responsibility - Manage and process accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up. - Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely billing. - Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances. - Analyze and resolve complex billing issues and denials. - Collaborate with the patient access team to ensure seamless communication and coordination. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and payment transactions. Job Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Company name: Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt.
