Job description

Own real-time monitoring of operations across cities, hubs, and partners to ensure SLA and TAT adherence. - Act as the first line of escalation for operational issues and ensure timely resolution and closure. - Track and drive key performance metrics such as on-time performance, productivity, capacity utilization, defect rates, and operational exceptions. - Identify recurring operational issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions. - Work closely with city teams, central operations, supply chain, and support functions to ensure smooth coordination. - Provide structured updates and insights to leadership with data-backed recommendations. - Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
