JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the Distributions Service Delivery Operations function. This role involves operational oversight, compliance, and process management. The candidate will drive initiatives to enhance distributions service and delivery quality, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Scrutiny of Agent Appointment documents Appointment of Agents -Setup on system Processing of Service Change Requests from Agents Generation of MIS as required Adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements of IRDAI Key competencies/skills required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Team Player, Collaborative and growth-mindset Measures of Success Meeting the business SLA targets and operational KPIs Successfully meeting theKIPs and timelines Managing high performing team with effective performance monitoring and risk controls. Adherence to the internal/external guidelines /regulations with high compliance/audit scores Enhance process efficiency and Positive stakeholder feedback with great collaboration with minimum escalations Key Relationships (Internal) Distribution Team MIR/ Reporting Team Compliance Legal Team Human Resources (HR) Finance Team Operations Team IT/ Digital Team Internal Audit Team Key Relationships (External) Agents / Sellers Vendors Educational Background: • Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 2-3 years of prior experience in a team and process management role within a large, complex organization Proven track record of leading projects and digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrated success in managing high volume operations processes. Strong background in process automation and system management, with a focus on leveraging AI / Smart Tools. Experience in stakeholder management, compliances, internal external audits
