Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and execute technology transfer plans to scale up production processes from lab to commercial scale. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. • Conduct pilot plant trials, optimize process conditions, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful product launches. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during all stages of product development. Job Requirements : • 2-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in solid orals (OSD) manufacturing. • Strong understanding of scale-up techniques and ability to develop scalable processes. • Experience with technology transfer projects, including pilot plant operations and equipment qualification.
