Procurement Executive

Job description

• Procurement of Material Handling Equipment spares, consumables, services, and AMC contracts (Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Conveyors, Dock Levelers, etc.). • Procurement of Electrical & Instrumentation spares and services for API and Formulation plants, including PLC, VFD, Drives, Sensors, Transmitters, Motors, Switchgear, and Automation components. • Procurement of Production and Packing Machine spares and services for API and Formulation manufacturing facilities. • Managing end-to-end procurement activities including RFQ, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiations, PO placement, and delivery follow-up. • Vendor development, performance evaluation, AMC management, and alternate source identification. • Driving cost optimization, value engineering, and procurement savings initiatives. • Coordination with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, Stores, and Finance teams to ensure timely availability of materials and services. • Working knowledge of SAP procurement processes and adherence to procurement policies and compliance requirements.
