Position Overview: The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the facility. This role involves ensuring that the facility is operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations. The Facility Manager will coordinate with various departments to maintain a high standard of building management and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Management: Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services for cluster of dark stores. - Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and safe. - Budget Management: Prepare and manage the facility's budget, including expense tracking and cost-saving initiatives. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with and manage relationships with external contractors and service providers. - Compliance: Ensure the facility complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response procedures and manage incidents as they arise. - Space Management: Oversee space allocation, layout planning, and office relocation as needed. - Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor facility staff, including maintenance personnel and administrative support. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related role. - Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
