Ujjivan focuses on financial inclusion and delivering modern banking services to its customers. **Role Description** This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Credit Officer located in Alipurduar. The Field Credit Officer will be responsible for credit assessment, monitoring loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policies, and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing financial data, assessing creditworthiness, and assisting customers with their financial needs. The role also involves on-field visits to understand customer profiles and verify documentation. **Qualifications** - Proficiency in Credit Management and Credit assessment processes - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and make informed decisions - Finance knowledge to understand banking and lending principles - Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams - Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to operate in on-field environments - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred - Prior experience in the finance or banking sector is an added advantage
