Key Responsibilities • Customer Acquisition: Sourcing new individual and corporate savings/current accounts. • Field Sales: Conducting site visits to potential customers, businesses, and corporates to build relationships. • Account Activation: Ensuring timely KYC, documentation, and activation of accounts (e.g., net banking, debit cards). • Cross-Selling: Offering additional products like loans, insurance, or mutual funds. • Goal Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly targets for new account opening and account balances. Lead Generation: Find potential buyers through cold calling, local networking, market stalls, and referrals. Product Promotion: Explain account types, interest rates, and digital banking tools to prospects. Documentation & KYC: Collect and verify mandatory customer identity papers and complete account-opening forms according to banking rules.
