Global finance team is recognized for providing outstanding financial management and fact-based decision-making throughout the enterprise. **Role Requirement:** - **Finance Business partnering experience** with senior business leaders & corporate finance to drive business priorities and objectives. - Excellent **Project and Program management** skills including experience in large cross functional and/or cross geographical projects. Hands on experience of owning program governance and operational cadence for global finance and cross functional projects. . - **Core experience in building long range predictive forecast/plan models** using key drivers, statistical analysis, economic and external factors, etc. Leads and presents the results, forecasts, and operating plan presentation. - **Practical knowledge of developing business cases** to enable executives with the ability to do contingency planning, to consider alternatives and anticipate the impact of specific positive and negative events (not just a set of simplistic upsides, downsides, and base cases) - Solid **understanding of business metrics and Income statements** to drive financial discipline and business value - In depth understanding of **headcount and people related cost planning drivers** , should be able to gather, validate and consolidate input from businesses and corporate finance, and come up with actionable insights/presentation for the leadership. - Set up measures to **improve efficiency and cost management** to drive **the overall productivity** of the business. - Drive **finance transformation initiates** across the group. **Technical and General Skills:** - **CA or MBA(Fin) with 8 - 12 years of relevant experience** - **Comfortable working in ambiguity and rolling up sleeves to get things done** - Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions - **PMP certification** would be a plus - Expertise in **predictive analytics and driver based financial modeling** - Experience in financial systems such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Hyperion
