**Role & responsibilities** : - Should be willing to work on system development /project/business requirement with a clear objective of Business Transformation across People, Process & System i.e defining & implementing best business practices. - Good understanding of GI & BFSI along with sound analytical skills. - Have experience of understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & other financials reports. - Have in-depth understanding & experience of Taxation activities. - Manage end to end accounting of transactions. - Overseeing all Accounts, Ledgers & Reporting system. - Have hands on experience in SAP system. - Should be able to link process , define ownership & manage GL Reconciliations, & closures. - Earlier similar Project experience will be preferred, though not a mandatory requirement. - Collaborate with various stakeholders for achieving desired output. - Have Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance & Accounting Standards. - Having knowledge of Audit, Reporting Controls & Risk Management. - Preparing Various Recon Statements & MIS. - Should be able to create SOP covering entire transaction life cycle. - Good communication & presentation Skills. **Interested Candidate can share their resume** on khushi.pandey@ext.icicilombard.com mail with the subject line - **Finance Manager** and with following details: Currect CTC- Expected CTC- Notice Period- Education (Full/Part time)- Total years of Experience - Regards, Khushi
