The company maintains a strong presence in its markets through a large base of Financial Consultants and a customer-centric approach. **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Finance Specialist role based in Rajnandgaon. The Finance Specialist will support day-to-day financial operations, including preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include assisting with accounting entries, reconciliations, and compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory requirements. The role involves regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and help optimize cost and revenue management. The Finance Specialist will also contribute to process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge, including familiarity with financial concepts relevant to insurance and investment products. - Candidates should possess solid Accounting skills, including experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and basic tax and compliance processes. - Candidates should possess proficiency in working with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making. - Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders. - Relevant educational background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage. - Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software, attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and the ability to work accurately under time constraints. - Experience in insurance, financial services, or a similar regulated industry is beneficial, along with familiarity with Indian financial regulations and reporting standards.
