Role Overview: We are looking for a Fleet Operations Associate/ Senior associate to manage intracity fleet vendor operations. The role involves day-to- day fleet management, vendor onboarding & performance tracking, billing oversight, and coordination with local operations, security, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of transportation needs. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Daily Fleet Operations Management Ensure smooth execution of intracity vehicle movements to meet operational demands. Vendor Management & Onboarding – Identify, onboard, and maintain a strong vendor base for fleet requirements. Vendor Performance Monitoring – Track and analyze vendor service levels, compliance, and operational efficiency. Billing & Reconciliation – Ensure accurate vendor billing, invoice verification, and coordination with finance for timely payments. Adhoc Fleet Requirement Fulfillment – Arrange additional vehicles as per urgent operational needs. Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with local operations, security, and finance teams to resolve operational challenges. Process Improvement & Cost Optimization – Identify ways to enhance fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs. Who Should Apply? Experience in Sales/Operations/Vendor management is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth logistics environment. Strong coordination skills to work with cross- functional teams.
